1. IT规划与落实 IT planning and implementation
• 根据学校发展战略,制定IT发展规划、团队建设计划及年度工作安排。
Develop IT development plans, team building plans, and annual work schedules aligned with the school’s strategic goals.
• 梳理教学、教研、行政、后勤等场景的信息化需求,形成具体建设与落地方案。
Identify IT needs across teaching, research, administration, logistics and other scenarios, and formulate detailed implementation plans.
• 学习墨尔本黑利伯瑞学校的IT管理体系,获取墨尔本黑利伯瑞IT管理体系的优势和经验以满足本地学校的业务需求。
Learn IT management experiences of Haileybury Melbourne, introduce their experience to Haileybury Tianjin to meet local business needs.
• 遵循国家及天津市、武清区教委、网信部门的相关政策法规,动态调整学校IT管理制度,确保合规性。
Comply with relevant policies and regulations from national, Tianjin municipal, and Wuqing district education and cybersecurity authorities, and dynamically adjust school IT policies to ensure compliance.

• 搭建适配学校的IT管理制度体系,完善运维、安全、资产、流程等规范。
Build a school-appropriate IT policy framework, covering operations, security, asset management, and process standards.
• 统一全校IT运营标准,覆盖软硬件、网络、数据、账号权限等维度,实现标准化、常态化运行。
Standardize IT operations across software, hardware, networks, data, and access rights to achieve consistent, day-to-day operations.
3. 项目管理 Project management
• 负责各类信息化项目的全周期管理,覆盖教学、办公、安全等场景。
Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects covering teaching, office, security and other scenarios.
• 对接校内各部门业务需求,响应师生教学与办公的信息化诉求,推动适配校园实际的IT升级与优化。
Address the IT needs of various school departments, respond to requirements from teachers and students for teaching and office use, and drive practical IT upgrades and improvements.
4. 系统与设备运维 Systems and equipment maintenance
• 持续评估并优化现有信息化系统(包括但不限于门禁安防、学生管理系统、国内外课程教学系统、校内通讯与办公平台等),保障连续稳定运行。
Continuously evaluate and optimize existing systems (including but not limited to access control, student management systems, domestic/international curriculum platforms, internal communication and office platforms, etc.) to ensure continuous and stable operation.
• 统筹全校终端、网络及多媒体设备运维,包括但不限于校园范围内、外教公寓的网络设备、电脑、复印打印机等电子设备,以及剧院、操场等公共区域的演播、多媒体设备巡检与维护。
Coordinate the maintenance of all end-user devices, network equipment, and multimedia devices across campus, including but not limited to network devices, computers, copiers/printers and other electronic devices on campus and in international teachers’ apartments, as well as regular inspection and maintenance of audio-visual and multimedia equipment in public areas such as theaters and sports fields.
• 建立用户服务反馈机制,收集师生使用反馈,持续优化服务流程与效率。
Establish user feedback mechanisms, collect input from teachers and students, and continuously improve service processes and efficiency.
5. 安全防护与应急保障 Security protection and emergency response
• 负责校园信息安全与数据合规管理,建立数据保密、备份归档与管控体系,保障核心数据安全、完整、可追溯。
Take charge of campus information security and data compliance, establish data confidentiality, backup, archiving and control systems to ensure core data is secure, complete, and traceable.
• 制定业务连续性应急预案,针对网络攻击、系统漏洞、设备故障等风险建立快速响应与恢复机制。
Develop business continuity emergency plans and establish rapid response and recovery mechanisms for cyberattacks, system vulnerabilities, equipment failures and other risks.
• 配合开展财务相关审计与IT资产管理。
Cooperate in financial-related audits and IT asset management.
• 作为学校对接网信、相关教育部门的对接人,落实属地网络安全要求,按时完成政策上报、整改与备案。
Serve as the school’s designated liaison with cybersecurity and relevant education authorities, implement local cybersecurity requirements, and complete policy reporting, rectification, and filing on time.
• 定期开展网络安全与数据合规培训,排查隐患,提升全员安全意识。
Regularly conduct cybersecurity and data compliance training, identify potential risks, and raise security awareness across the school.
6. 团队、预算与供应商管理 Team, budget and vendors Management
• 领导IT团队,统筹日常运营、任务分配与绩效考核,提升团队专业能力与服务水平。
Lead the IT team, coordinate daily operations, task allocation, and performance appraisal, and improve team expertise and service quality.
• 编制学校IT年度预算,管控信息化建设、设备采购与运维成本,完成专项财务汇报。
Prepare the annual IT budget, control costs for IT construction, equipment procurement, and maintenance, and complete financial reports as required.
• 规范软硬件及服务采购流程,统筹IT采购、合同与供应商管理。
Standardize procurement processes for software, hardware and services, and manage IT procurement, contracts and vendors.
• 管理网络运营商、软硬件供应商、办公设备服务商、多媒体设备供应商等外部合作方,开展服务质量监督与年度考核。
Manage external partners including network carriers, software/hardware vendors, office equipment service providers, and multimedia equipment suppliers, and conduct service quality monitoring and annual evaluations.

面向全体教师、教务团队、德育团队、升学指导等教学相关角色,保障日常教学和学生管理与教研数字化运转。具体包括:
For teachers, ACAD teams, welfare teams, pathways and other academic-related roles, ensure digital operation of daily teaching and student management. Details include:
• 负责学生信息管理系统、成绩系统、选课系统、考勤数据的稳定运行与权限配置,保障学籍、成绩、出勤等核心数据的准确性与可追溯性。
Ensure stable operation and access control of student information system, gradebook, course selection system, and attendance data, maintaining accuracy and traceability of core data such as student records, grades, and attendance.
• 协助对接澳洲相关教育部门,及时了解相关政策要求,确保国际高中部学生管理合规,教学数据和学生成绩顺利提交。
Assist in liaising with relevant Australian education authorities, stay updated on policy requirements, and ensure compliance in Senior School student management, as well as smooth submission of teaching data and student grades.
• 维护相关教学系统(如Hubmis、Toddle等)、智慧教室系统、线上教研平台、考试系统等。
Maintain curriculum systems (e.g., Hubmis, Toddle), smart classroom systems, online teaching and research platforms, and examination systems.
• 协助教学部门完成教学数据的导出、分析、备份,响应教师对学生学习过程数据的技术需求。
Assist academic departments in exporting, analyzing, and backing up teaching data, and respond to teachers’ technical needs regarding student learning process data.
• 快速响应课前设备调试、课堂故障抢修、课件传输、教学软件适配、账号权限配置等日常教学IT问题,保障教学平稳开展。
Quickly respond to daily teaching IT issues such as pre-class equipment setup, in-class emergency repairs, courseware transfer, teaching software adaptation, and account/permission configuration, to ensure smooth teaching.
• 支撑线上教学、混合式教学、远程教研等场景,确保音视频、互动工具、录播系统稳定可用。
Support online teaching, blended learning, and remote research scenarios, ensuring stable availability of audio/video, interactive tools, and recording systems.
7.2 运营部门支持Operations support
支持运营团队各职能部门日常工作,统筹保障日常运营所需的IT支持,包括办公设备及系统运维、跨部门数据协作、专项活动技术保障等,确保相关业务顺畅运行。
Support the daily work of various functions within the operations team, provide IT support needed for daily operations, including office equipment and system maintenance, cross-departmental data collaboration, and technical support for special events, to ensure smooth business operations.
7.3 完成上级交办任务 Complete tasks assigned by superiors

• 本科及以上学历,计算机、信息技术、通信等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or related fields.
• 中英文读写及口语流利,能胜任双语办公环境。
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, able to work in a bilingual office environment.
(二)工作经验Work experience
• 5年以上IT运维及团队管理经验,有学校或教育机构IT管理背景者优先。
5+ years of experience in IT operations and team management; experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.
• 主导过至少1个完整的信息化项目(如网络改造、系统上线、智慧教室建设等)。
Led at least one complete IT project (e.g., network upgrade, system launch, smart classroom construction, etc.).
(三)专业技能Professional skills
• 具备IT基础设施的扎实知识,包括Microsoft 365、Azure服务、校园网络、网络安全、备份与故障恢复系统、身份与访问管理以及教育技术平台。
Demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure services, campus networking, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery systems, identity and access management, and educational technology platforms.
