工作职责:
• Achieve assigned enrolment and recruitment tar
gets pathway programmes and new programs through proactive sales activity and effective conversion of prospective students

• Develop and manage a diverse recruitment pipeline using both online and offline channels, including but not limited to:

• Education agents and overseas study agencies

• Plan, launch, and execute a range of promotional and recruitment activities to market programmes both internally and externally
在校内外规划和落实结构化的招生推广工作
• Conduct high quality admissions consultations with students and parents, clearly communicating programme value, progression routes, and outcomes to support enrolment decisions
向学生和家长开展高效的招生咨询工作,推广项目价值、路径、成果并支持客户的入学决策。
• Provide comprehensive onboarding and post enrolment support for students and their families to ensure a smooth transition and positive enrolment experience
提供完善的学生入学和入学后的前提工作,确保学生和家长过渡顺利,获得良好的入学体验
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, and conversions to support performance tracking, forecasting, and continuous improvement
维护准确的资源记录、沟通记录,并不断提升绩效表现和结果预测,不断提升工作水平。
• Work closely with marketing and academic teams to align recruitment messaging, improve lead quality, and optimise conversion rates
同市场部和学部紧密合作来开展招生宣传,提升资源质量,提升转化率。
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant government regulations, school policies, admissions procedures, and professional codes of conduct
确保工作符合政府合规性要求、招生合规流程和员工行为准则。
• Complete all sales, enrolment, and operational objectives assigned by line management in a timely and accountable manner
及时完成上级领导布置的所有招生、入学、运营管理目标并对结果负责。

任职资格:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major of education or marketing is preferred.
本科学历及以上,教育行业或营销行业专业优先
• Bilingual (Chinese and English), with the ability to conduct professional admissions consultations in both languages
双语(中英)能力,可以通过双语开展招生咨询工作
• Minimum of five years’ proven experience in education sales, admissions consulting, or education product marketing, with a strong record of achieving enrolment or revenue targets
至少5年在教育销售岗位、招生咨询岗位或教育产品推广岗位的工作经历,具有出色的招生目标达成和渠道搭建成绩
• Familiarity with international curricula and pathways.
熟悉国际课程和升学通道
• Strong experience using social media platforms and digital channels for lead generation, engagement, and recruitment marketing
具有较强的社交媒体使用水平和数字渠道推广经验,能够通过线上途径获得商业机会、资源对接和招生营销。
• Strong experience in International and domestic recruitment management with a strong focus on the K–12 sector
具备优秀的基于K12教育的海外和本地招生经验。
• Familiarity with the Beijing student recruitment market or the other cities outside Jingjinji area.
熟悉北京市场或京津冀及以外外地区的招生市场。
• SS pathway consultant experience preferred
具有国际高中升学指导经验优先
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM related systems

• Highly target driven, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a fast paced, sales focused environment

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with a strong customer service mindset
