数据和报告管理员

岗位职责:

1.系统管理与维护:

•监督学校管理系统的日常运作。

•与IT团队合作进行系统升级、培训和改进。

•与HUBmis支持和数据团队密切沟通和合作。

•确保数据完整性、安全性、备份和恢复协议。

2.报告:

•完善所有学部的正式报告系统,确保教师易于使用,家长和学生清晰明了。

•与部门负责人合作,开发非正式报告系统,以满足部门不同情况下的相关需求,如家校沟通、评估和其他相关活动。

•创建报告框架以便于各部门上传提交学生年度表现情况。

•利用学生报告数据来加强科目交接流程。

•对员工进行HUBmis程序和模块方面的专业培训。

3.数据分析:

•与各部门和学科协调员合作,提高他们分析学生表现数据的能力,提供相关培训。例如追踪分析学生从1年级到12年级的成绩表现方法;研究VCAA数据等。

4.沟通与管理:

•与分管校长、学部主任、教学主管沟通,交流数据、评估和报告等。

•定期与学科协调员沟通,以确保遵守评估和报告程序。

•根据安排参加学校相关会议。

5.向VASS报告学生成绩:

•确保及时准确地将学生成绩提交给VASS。

•及时了解VASS指导方针,确保学校遵守相关规定。

 

岗位要求:

1、统招本科及以上学历,信息技术、教育或相关专业

2、有相关行业或教育机构工作经验者优先。

3、至少2年管理学校管理系统和类似数据库的经验。

4、熟悉VASS相关工作优先,学校也会提供相关培训。

5、强大的分析、沟通和组织能力。

6、优秀的合作沟通能力。

7、精通数据分析工具和办公软件。

8、可以将英文作为工作语言,良好的英语听说读写能力。

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Management & Maintenance:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the school management system.

Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, training and improvements.

Communicate and work closely with HUBmis support and data teams.

Ensuredata integrity, security, backup, and recovery protocols.

2. Reporting:

Refinethe formal reporting system across all sub-schools, ensuring ease of use for teachers and clarity for parents and students.

Work with department heads to develop informal reporting systems tailored to departmental needs for both formal settings, like parent-teacher interviews, assessments, and informal engagements.

Create a framework allowing departments to produce annual reports on student performance.

Utilize student reporting data to enhance the subject handover process.

Initiate professional training to staff on HUBmis procedures and modules.

3. Data Analysis:

Partner with departments and subject coordinators to increase their ability to interpret student performance data, providing necessary training.
Examples include:

1)Tracking student performance from Year 1 to Year 12 using consistent data collection methods.

2)Analyzing formative assessments for usability.

3)Delving into VCAA data analysis, studying score comparisons, exam breakdowns, etc.

4)Identifying and providing support for students 'at risk'.

Analyze sensitive data and present findings to school management.

4. Communication and Administration:

Maintain open channels with the Heads of Sub-Schools, Head of Teaching
and Learning, and Heads of Department to roll out data, assessment, and
reporting initiatives.

Engage regularly with subject coordinators to ensure adherence to assessment and reporting procedures.

Attend sub-school level Executive meetings when required.

5. Student Results Reporting to VASS:

Ensure timely and precise submission of student results to the Victorian
Assessment Software System (VASS).

Stay current with VASS guidelines ensuring school's compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.

2. Previous experience in related field or educational institution preferred.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing school management systems or similar databases.

4. Familiarity with VASS reporting requirements preferred but training will be provided.

5. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

6. Ability to work with educators, administrators, and IT professionals.

7.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

8.Must speak Chinese and have a high level of English (equivalent to IELTS 6+)
